Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle Analytics Cloud Lead Architect who will manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, leading and motivating project teams, monitoring and managing project risks, managing client and project key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions.

Responsibilities:
Primary focus on developing customer solutions using Oracle's analytics offerings: Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Visualization, Fusion Analytics for Warehouse, OBIEE, OBIA, Machine Learning and Autonomous Data warehouse (ADW).
Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.
Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services.
Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
Responsible for Solution Architecting and also leading pre-sales efforts
Responsible for mining the business and build active pipeline for growth
Bring in thought leadership for the overall growth of the Practice by developing competency as per market demands, developing specific solutions and accelerators
Responsible for the project deliveries
Act as a mentor to the team and ensure proactive employee engagement, grooming high performers and future leaders
Excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality to connect with the client team
Qualifications:
16 to 20 years of IT experience working on BI/DW
Extensive experience working with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Experience working on various ETL and BI tools and work experience in ODI and OBIEE 12c is preferred
Should possess solid knowledge on BI RPD design, development & deployment
Experience on working with report performance optimization
Experience in developing Dimensional Hierarchies and adding multiple sources to business model objects.
Experience in Requirement gathering, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process designs
Experience to translate business analyst requirements into analytics metadata
Experience in writing complex queries, Stored Procedures in Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
Deep understanding of dimensional data modeling techniques
Experience in handling large complex BI deployment and migration
Experience in requirement gathering, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process design.
Experience to translate business analyst requirements into analytics metadata.
Must have extensive hands on/end to end implementation experience using OAC/OBIEE and BI Publisher.
Must possess solid knowledge on BI RPD design, development deployment
Must have experience in designing customized interactive dashboards and reports in OBIEE using drill down, prompts, filters, and variables.
Experience in configuring OACS security (Authentication and Authorization Object level and Data level security).
Experience on working with report performance optimization.
Experience in developing Dimensional Hierarchies and adding multiple sources to business model objects.
Expertise in developing Logical Data Model (Business Model), Metadata and reports including logical columns, aliases, hierarchies, and subject areas.
Deep understanding of dimensional data modelling techniques.
Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of production Integration
