Your new role as a Recruitment Consultant 360
This opportunity is for an autonomous fee-earning capacity as we expand our market share.
With a strong local economy and billions being funneled into development projects across the city, it is no surprise we believe experienced recruitment consultant who has exceptional sales skills and has developed a successful track record within Hays as a 360 recruiter with strong fee performance.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow with our Construction & Property team focusing on the permanent job market to capitalize on the growth in hiring needs. Responsibilities include driving business development, client acquisition, account management, and candidate attraction. As an integral part of this team, it is important to know that this is a fee-producing role, you will maintain and build a productive and profitable business by achieving financial targets, identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities and promoting a service delivery environment with strong commercial outcomes.
