A Software Company is seeking a Manual QA Specialist (Enterprise) in Miami, FL.
Role Description The Quality Assurance Analyst performs testing on all internally developed applications, with an eye toward development for testing of web and service based technology. The QA Analyst works with development and the business to plan the testing approach and then execute on the plan. Successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be methodical in their testing process and pay close attention to detail.
• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide testing activity estimates • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Skills & Requirements • 4+ years of Manual QA Analysis experience in complex, enterprise environments • Possess proven experience w/ developing test plans and test cases • Possess experience performing regression testing when bugs are resolved • Great verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
