Job Description:

Responsible for leading a team of 6-8 Relationship Managers providing growth, retention, and change management support for approximately 150 Commercial Card clients with annual spend exceeding $3B in the Commercial Bank Government, Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-Profit (GHHN) segment. Geography includes the Northeast, Southeast, and South regions. Collaboration with banking, treasury, and other stakeholders in delivering against financial and customer satisfaction goals is critical. A successful RM Director establishes strong internal and external relationships over time, supports their team in developing growth and retention strategies, ensures resolution of daily account issues that arise, and maintains satisfactory customer satisfaction levels across their portfolio. Frequent travel required.

Responsibilities include:


  • Proactive development and execution of client expansion and retention strategies
  • Focus on exceeding satisfaction and profitability objectives
  • Build a strong internal partnership and alignment with CB GHHN Banking and Treasury Services (TS) partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and or 5+ years of experience in Relationship Management (Commercial Card industry preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in client account management
  • Proven client relationship skills
  • Demonstrable track record evidencing an exceptional client experience with measurable results and the ability to proactively build relationships and trust with clients
  • Experience in successfully managing multiple client relationships concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-Level executives
  • Ability to work independently with little professional guidance
  • Proven ability to innovate, problem solve, and develop customized solutions to client issues and challenges
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • In-depth product knowledge in the Commercial Card industry
  • In-depth product knowledge of specific JPMC payables products
  • Ability to work independently with little professional guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, problem solve, and develop customized solutions
