The Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) Team within Corporate and Investment Bank serves multiple internal and external clients in providing change services such as Business Analysis, Automation, Implementation support, Data Analytics and Test strategy and delivery.

CPCS has a unique opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst to join the organization and play an integral role in the migration of the legacy platform to vendor based platform to create a stable, scalable and sustainable platform for the JPMorgan Broker Dealer Clearance and Settlements business.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record demonstrating a proactive, hands-on approach and strong systems skills. The individual must have a solid analytical and operational risk reduction mindset. The candidate would also demonstrate strong communication skills, being comfortable speaking with different teams across the world, and have a strong self-starting mentality, being able to demonstrate a high level of understanding new concepts and testing those concepts in project based work.

Key responsibilities

The Test Analyst will be a vital member of the User Acceptance Testing Team. The team is responsible for fully beta testing all software for acceptability and identifying defects prior to any deployments into the production environment. This involves identifying and

understanding proposed changes in a technical operations environment so they can construct test scripts for both regression and functionality testing. The highly detailed and complex nature of vetting software is a critical component of delivering technology solutions to both our operations teams and our clients.

Skills required are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS, or related field

• Prior Operations and/or Technology experience in US Clearance and Settlements systems

• User Acceptance Testing experience

• Experience in Broadridge Brokerage Processing System

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex inter-system dependencies

• Identify opportunities to reduce risks and increase efficiencies

• Comprehend operational procedures and controls--translating accurately into system requirements

• Ensuring complete and accurate system execution, to include regression analysis and impact forecasting

• Highly organized with project management skills

• Strong oral and written communications skills
