Job Description:

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in the Global Project Management Office , you will own the execution of continuous improvement strategy in the Industrial Segment. You are responsible to use regimented LSS methods and techniques to improve repeatable processes, ensuring the delivery of key objectives. Are you happy leading change and influencing others? Key Responsibilities

• Lead LSS deployment plans and annual goal setting for assigned areas for improvement in project selection, scoping, assignment, and launch, while working with sponsors to develop and define project charters.
• Facilitate team to execute LSS events and projects (strategy deployment, project ID, assessments, VSM, kaizen, DMAIC projects, etc.), and coach and mentor Continuous Improvement methods to employees.
• Identify and address gaps in the LSS program with an innovative approach that drives new idea development and new technologies to solve problems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical or related field preferred or equivalent experience; Demonstrated ability working in Continuous Improvement at a Black Belt level, with proven success.
• Outstanding influencing skills, capable of working across regions, cultures, and within a matrix and self-motivated driver to bring initiatives to closure.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills and comfortable giving presentations.
