Position Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for strategic business analysis, requirements elicitation, business requirements documentation, business process automation, functional specifications, stakeholder management, and driving adoption and implementation specific to the businesses within NSF. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
5 years' minimum of relevant experience in business analysis activities or IT
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience through recognized prior learning in IT
Preferred qualifications include: SaaS platform experience and experience interacting with external vendors
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain positive & cooperative relationships, across multiple levels of the organization, and with both business stakeholders and technical partners.
Partner with business stakeholders and continuous improvement teams on process analysis and process improvement.
Perform periodic reviews with the business to identify evolving needs and system enhancements.
Lead efforts necessary to maintain internal/external customer satisfaction with respect to system functionality.
Coordinate requirements gathering, gap analysis and software development lifecycle needs necessary to meet internal stakeholder and external NSF clients' success.
Identify, analyze and create functional specifications including but not limited to Use Cases, User Interface Design, Flowchart Diagrams and Screen Flows.
Participate in technical design and development efforts with the build, infrastructure and quality testing teams.
Conduct user acceptance testing, user training, data conversion and other go live activities to ensure quality.
Continuously collaborate with Support teams to shift knowledge.
Communicate clearly, correctly, knowledgeably and effectively both verbally and in writing using appropriate methods of communication to achieve desired results.
