A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
Responsible for providing support to the Foreclosure and Default groups within the Timeline Department. Functions include pre-Foreclosure default functions, such as default letters and reviewing for referrals as well as oversight of property preservation and Senior Lien Bid functions.
Primary Accountabilities


  • Review loans for foreclosure in accordance with CLS policies and procedures
  • Follow up on Senior Lien Foreclosure Sale results and update LoanServ
  • Monitor and oversee automated breach letter and default state letter requirements
  • Oversee and Administer applicable processes associated with property preservation and property registration, including administration of investor, agency, and CLS requirements
  • Complete pre-Foreclosure equity reviews and review for first lien write offs
  • Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft office products, such as Microsoft Word and Excel .

Education and Experience
Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year of administrative office experience
Preferred:

  • Mortgage service, title or release estate background

Language Ability
Ability to read/analyze/interpret business periodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov. regulations; write reports/business correspondence/procedure manuals; effectively present information/respond to questions from managers/clients/customers/public.
Mathematical Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
