Assist with implementation and administration of Employee Health surveillance and compliance programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines to ensure that all eligible Associates are compliant with all occupational health, safety, and wellness requirements.  

Position Responsibilities


  • Assists in the development of the enterprise Employee Health surveillance schedule and coordinates the delivery of monthly and annual surveillance programs and related communications.


  • Ensures the implementation and administration of comprehensive occupational health protection programs including but not limited to Respiratory Fit Surveillance, Annual Influenza Vaccine program, and Annual TB Health surveillance, by coordinating and tracking related tasks associated with each program.


  • Generates, prepares, and presents surveillance program compliance reports to Employee Health and Wellness leadership.


  • Assists with the development of EHS related educational and process related documents as needed.  


  • Complete month Associate transfer reports to ensure Associate meets requirements for new department/job position.


  • Department time keeper. Audit Kronos and notifies EHS&W leadership of any issues, including the occurrence of overtime incurred and missed time punches. Assist with the development of agendas, PowerPoints including charts and graphs as needed for departmental and interdepartmental meetings To serve as backup coverage and support for Absence Management program.


Position Requirements


  • Associates Degree required

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio; ability to master internal HRIS and associated computer systems

  • Previous clinical office or occupational health experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience required, office administration with Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred
