Analyst, Supply Programs at Deckers Outdoor Corporation

Job Description:

SUMMARY
The primary goal of the Analyst is to execute the cross-functional processes related to direct ship program from season set-up to delivery and support functional needs of our procure-2-pay and inventory technology platforms. This will includes align the overall Supply Chain roadmap, building sustainable metrics, and supporting teams globally. 
1.    Follow and enforce rules, guidelines, and manuals for the program
2.    Work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and CE on the order gathering and eligibility
3.    Work with planning teams and purchasing to successfully order direct ship orders
4.    Work with factory planning and factories on production and VAS executions
5.    Work with shipping teams, logistics partners and DC teams on order delivery
6.    Create a robust monthly dashboard to track metrics and performance
7.    Administrate tasks and train users on inventory technology platforms
8.    Collaborate with extended Supply Chain teams to coordinate a holistic view of business/system needs

Document critical path timelines for seasonal ordering
-    Work with each brand, planning, sales and supply chain to establish a catalogue for direct ship program 
-    Establish deadlines and expectations with each cross-functional team
-    Support and govern deadlines

Follow and enforce rules, guidelines, and manuals for the program
-    Document a rule book for cross-functional team from Start of the season to last delivery
-    Discuss and educate importance of set rules to ensure program success
-    Communicate out cross-functional flow chart and RACI
20%    Work closely with sales, sales ops, and CE on the order gathering and eligibility
-    Analyze and approve orders on the program based on set guidelines
-    Lead and control meetings and timelines to increase efficiency
-    Work with the group on order amendments to qualify for the program
Work with planning teams and purchasing to successfully order direct ship orders
-    Validate that orders are available in the correct buy windows
-    Ensure alignment with demand and planning team to make sure orders are not purchased twice
20%    Work with factory planning team and factories on production and VAS executions
-    Monitor that production is completed timely
-    Validate that VAS requirements are understood and executed according to guidelines
-    Travel to factories to set up processes and periodically perform audits
Work with shipping teams, logistics partners, DC teams, and/or customer on order delivery
-    Coordinate consolidation, validate shipping schedules, and monitor timely shipping
-    Monitor in-transit shipments and communicate timelines and exceptions
-    Follow through to delivery to ensure success
10%    Create a robust monthly dashboard to track metrics/performance and potentially participate in additional projects/programs
-    Build meaningful metrics for every cross-functional team performance and publish monthly
-    Track delivery accuracy, costs and cost saving related to the program
-    The work might include participation or ownership of other projects/programs in addition to managing direct ship program 
15%    Administrate tasks and train users on inventory technology platforms
-    Create and maintain training documents
-    Monitor integration with Oracle & address fallout as needed
-    Create and maintain roadmap for new features/fixes
-    Perform user testing on projects/enhancements

Collaborate with extended Supply Chain teams to coordinate a holistic view of business/system needs
-    Coordinate with global supply chain teams to ensure processes are documented & aligned.
-    Facilitate with documentation, training, and communication to the broader group.
-    Maintain and standardize metrics for a variety of functions
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Any Certifications Required    Bachelors Degree preferred
Year(s) of Experience & Background Required    3+ years of corporate experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
                  Functional & Technical Competencies     Good working knowledge of Excel and Oracle EBS
