thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Manager - Digital Marketing in Atlanta, GA.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing team responsible for the vision, implementation and analysis of a customer-first digital communication strategy. Working with and guiding a team of contributors, planning and executing campaigns, improving brand presence online, working with vendors, administering marketing technology (martech) tools and maintaining best-practice knowledge in a rapidly changing industry.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Lead and manage members of the digital marketing team and team projects
Conceptualize, manage and assist in the development of external campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design, email development and video production
Maintain a content calendar and content management system
Develop regular reports to demonstrate performance and improvement
Act as a subject matter expert on marketing technology (MAP; SEO; Video)
Administer martech tools for other internal users
Provide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of marketing system platforms
Support sales and marketing alignment through effective communication, coaching and training
Manage email communication subscription process in accordance with CANN-SPAM and CASL laws
Maintain brand presence and influence across digital properties (Yelp, Google My Business, Bing, etc.)
Configure and manage data cleansing and enrichment programs on marketing database
Ensure proper technical documentation of marketing processes and campaigns
Maintain knowledge of, and leverage, industry best practices relating to digital marketing systems development, maintenance, and management
Lead digital marketing alignment with business stakeholders across US and Canada
Establish KPIs for email, social media and content performance based on current benchmarks
What we look for
7+ years of marketing automation experience, preferably Eloqua
2+ years of experience with Google Analytics (GAIQ preferred)
5+ years of experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Oracle SRM, etc.)
5+ years demonstrated experience writing content for (blogs, scripts, social posts, newsletters, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Basic understanding of design and design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
Eloqua Masters level certification or beyond
Basic web development knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, CSS)
Video development experience is a plus
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with international teams
Demonstrated experience leading a team
