Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for the end-to-end development of learning solutions for the organization and our clients. The individual in this role will use business requirements and end user information to design, develop, test, and assess learning programs within the organization and for use with external clients. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders of the organization, experience in training design and delivery, as well as knowledge of learning theories and best practices will ensure that the Instructional Designer helps bring learners to the desired and optimal skill state. Key relationships include the Global Chief Learning Officer, Global Compliance Team, Global IT Team; and the Global Learning & Development Team.
