What do you get to do in this position?

• Deliver an annual stratgic marketing plan to support regional objectivies and priorities within enterprise data center and cloud, colocation and service provider segements. Update strategic initiatives on a quarterly basis to support investment guidance and changes to regional needs.
• Own total Marketing promotional budget for assigned region(s) and approve marketing and marcom regional plans
• Communicate marketing strategy to regional/country leadership and field Secure Power Division managers to enable aligned marcom planning
• Working with local market intelligence managers, understand the region and/or segment competitive landscape and trends impacting Secure Power Division market share; work with local field resources to further understand impact and corrective action using analysis data and sharing with local sales management
• Lead customized market research as needed, utilizing both central resources as well as external research and consulting support. Together with Marketing Program Management ensure right prioritization and follow-up of marketing leads, maximize conversion rate to opportunities and ROI
• Monitor improvements and change via KPI dashboards, Brand dashboard, and marketing management tools.

This job might be for you if:

• 5-7 years professional marketing experience of which 4 years in data center / Cloud & Colocation Service Provider environment desired.
• Experience managing budgets
• Good analytic skills of macro and micro environments
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Understanding of relevant market trends, technical products and solutions
• Able to work in a multifunctional team and with global teams and different cultures
• Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement
• Experience with Saleforce or similar CRM, Marketo; proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or other similar Marketing education)
• Traveling within region expected
