Join us as the Head of Market Risk (MR) & IB Change in our Risk and Compliance (CRCO) division. In this role, you deliver the MR and IB CRO portfolio across strategic and regulatory initiatives including Fundamental Review of the Trading Book, Intraday Limit Monitoring, Risk based Pnl, Models & Methodologies, and Market Risk Critical Enhancements. You will lead a large cross-functional team of c100 people, delivering a portfolio of projects, and responsible for the financial management CHF50-70m portfolio, reporting through ExB level sponsors and partners.

The CRCO Change business leads front-to-back delivery of all major Change the Bank programs across the Risk & Compliance Division, maximising capabilities across locations and engaging closely with the CRCO stakeholders. Partnering with the Data & Tech, Digital Transformation and QAT teams to deliver strategic infrastructure solutions wherever possible, the team drives agile delivery practices and partners with multiple design & delivery teams across Credit Suisse. • Experienced program manager with the ability to deliver large complex front-to-programs across functions
• A strategic perspective to identify and anticipate client needs to deliver strategic solutions, improve processes and drive revenue
• Ability to clearly communicate, interact and manage senior stakeholders
• Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, comfortable and effective working under pressure to optimally lead change
