Job Description:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Internal:
Manage Application Administrators, assign tasks, monitor workload, align priorities with the organizations stated goals and objectives
Build relationships throughout the organization to collect feedback and understand challenges that could influence configuration improvements and feature enhancements
Facilitate the development and implementation of tools and platforms to address business challenges
Manage platform enhancements and scheduled; provide monthly status reports to management
Promote awareness around and adoption of tools, technologies, and best practices
Participate in SOLV Technology projects as a subject matter expert, tester, and/or trainer
Develop training plans and materials for new/advanced business technologies and processes that align with job specific training programs
Coordinate training for employees and teams, as needed
Create and maintain support materials including selfhelp knowledge articles
Work with other Internal Technology members and/or 3rd party vendors, as a subject matter expert to resolve complex issues
Oversee maintenance of business process & configuration documentation
Support and adhere to change control and testing processes for all system changes
Support talent recruiting and development
External:
Build and maintain external Vendor relationships, negotiate and manage technology contracts, maintain technology budgets
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs and wants and provide voice of customer for development projects
Maintain Technology Awareness
Participate in Industry Related Event

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
College degree in IT or related management field preferred but not required, relevant experience can offset degree
Broad understanding of the Renewable Energy industry with emphasis on Service desired
Ability to multi-task between multiple complex projects and operational requests
Strong technical knowledge of business applications, data models, reporting and system integrations
Effective management skills leading teams within a fast pace, multidisciplinary environment
Effective and efficient use of resources; ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals
Ability to inspire collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common business goals and objectives
Capable of working with minimal guidance and oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept at understanding data, security models, and data relationships
Proficient use of Microsoft office tools including; Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Power BI
Experience using task management tools including; MS Teams, Smartsheet, or others.
Ability to travel 10% of time
