SUMMARY

Responsible for providing support in delivery of inventory management, contract management, technology implementations, data collection or other client related services. Works on projects and project-related initiatives as assigned by leadership. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Customer Support for multiple technology applications, including DemandReady (QSight, IPM, PANDAC), and Surgitrack.  Users can reach out to the Customer Support Team by "Comments" link, Support Phone Line, as well as direct phone or emails.   Troubleshoot problems, including interfacing issues.  




• Customer Files:  Review and prepare customer data files for upload.  Files may pertain to Pre-Implementation and Post-Implementation data.  Also, if dept's interfaces can't update/maintain certain fields, then periodic data files are reviewed and prepared for upload.  Projects typically require specific deadlines.




• Manufacturer Files:  Review manufacturer data files, submit file for changes of existing products, and prepare new products for upload to database according to our required fields.  This includes processing IPM Item Master database exceptions.




• Build relationships and contacts by maintaining Master Contact files and Account Setup files for manufacturer's and hospitals.




• Product Development: Work with cross functional teams to continuously deliver product improvements using Agile Software development methodologies.




• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in accordance to customer go lives and urgency.




• Communicates effectively with team members and manager to meet customer needs and complete customer projects.

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management or related field is preferred




• Healthcare supply chain management preferred



• 
  

  Typically requires 0 - 2 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, health care supply chain management, or consulting and degree in specialist field.
