JOB SUMMARY: The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to a specific client, serves as the subject matter expert on all intelligence-related tasks including processes, support requirements, technical aspects, and operational methods.

Essential Functions

The Essential Functions Include:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Respond in a timely manner to requests for intelligence information;

    1. Correlate intelligence and contextual data used in preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and intelligence-related papers/articles.

  3. Review and verify information, intelligence reports, alert notices, crime prevention surveys;

    1. Disseminate data to appropriate client staff members.

  4. Provide counsel and recommendations, based upon a through and accurate analysis, to supervisors and other Intelligence Coordinators.
  5. Assess and maintain a variety of situational awareness tools to quickly and accurately advise decision makers on possible courses of action.
  6. Review and utilize diagnostic tools and technology sources to develop complex data compilations.
  7. Research, evaluate, integrate, and analyze all-source data in the preparation and presentation of clear, concise, and in-depth intelligence analytical products;

    1. Focus on operational threats including research and development, production, delivery systems, doctrine, and capabilities.

  8. Provide in-depth research and analysis of the personal protection situations for designated personnel worldwide.
  9. Represent the organization in the preparation, presentation, and defense of positions and recommendations at conferences, in working groups, and planning sessions.
  10. Support travel protection initiatives through preparation of location threat briefs.
  11. All other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Hiring Standards

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree with five or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
