SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties:

Source, target, recruit and deliver qualified candidates (our future leaders!) using techniques and resources including market research, job boards, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking and cold calling. Ability to work in a team environment and be comfortable with video interface.
Help with and possibly lead college campus recruiting efforts with energy and enthusiasm which includes attending college fairs, recruiting events and cultivating long-term relationships with professors and career centers.
Collaborate and learn new recruiting styles, techniques, and trends from your teammates.
Responsible for ensuring candidate experience is exceptional throughout the hiring process with timely and meaningful communication.
