Title: Part-Time Student-Administrative Product Engineering-Waterloo IA- 70429

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.

Note: With COVID-19, the job can be done remotely for the present time subject to the manager's direction and timeframe. Longer term, the position will belocated onsite at the facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintains various reports to assist with reconciliation and/or to assist with correcting errors.
• Produces a variety of correspondence and reports in support of department processes.
• Enters data into appropriate spreadsheets and databases and prepares reports as directed.
• Performs analysis of basic or intermediate nature on information received and researches or resolves discrepancies following prescribed procedures.
• Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.

What Skills You Need

• Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Business Administration; others may apply
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university (Hawkeye, UNI, Wartburg, etc)
• If currently attending a community college must plan to pursue a 4-year degree
• Graduation date of 2023 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
• 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
• 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
