The HR Digital Organization drives consistency and delivers efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to support the HR needs of the firm. Within in the Digital Organization, the Business Readiness team is responsible for supporting firm-wide technology integrations, process improvements, training, communications, and overall business management to deliver a first-class experience to employees and candidates who use HR technology platforms and processes.
The HR Digital Organization Business Readiness Associate will be specifically aligned to support Global Recruiting and will be a key partner in implementing strategic end-to-end email communications, web-based content and training materials for Experienced and Campus Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Act as a communications and content delivery subject matter expert who is able to provide expertise on content writing and visual layouts; bring strategic ideas for how to deliver content
Author and maintain web-based content, training materials, stories for the bi-weekly newsletter and system outage and enhancement communications
Maintain the Global Recruiting content management system to ensure changes to web-based documents are appropriately tracked and organized, satisfy document retention requirements and reduce control risks
Manage the check-in and check-out of job aids and operating procedures to ensure cross-pillar edits are tracked and accounted for
Assist in the oversight of the Global Recruiting communications calendar to ensure communications are delivered appropriately and efficiently
Manage the compilation of weekly and monthly recruiting headcount reports to ensure the communications distribution list is relevant and up to date
Coordinate with event planners and organize logistics for training sessions and all-hands meetings, including the set up of Adobe Rooms, Zoom/phone lines and creation of calendar invites
Qualifications:
2-4 years of communications or business readiness experience
Proven track record of strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Learning mindset and desire to understand complex processes and break them down into digestible information for readers and learners
Creative mindset and ability to organize content in a visual manner
Proven ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of SharePoint collaboration sites
Communicates well with people of varying management levels
Adapts to shifting priorities
Accepts responsibilities and operates outside of individual comfort zone
Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
Ability to work under strict deadlines with some flexible working hours when needed for global trainings and system enhancement releases
Experience with creating communications for global audiences
Possesses a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a passion to improve the employee and recruiting experience
