In this role, the motivated nursing director would be leading a talented ICU department, the MedSurg floor, and other inpatient department leaders. This Director of Acute Care Services would report to the Chief Nursing Officer and would maintain oversight of department directors, physicians, clinical coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities in this role include day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, collaboration, and participation in direct care as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered. Formal leadership experience in the areas of Critical Care, MedSurg, and/or Emergency Services will make for the ideal Director of Acute Care Services.
