Job Description

The Sr. Finance Manager will be based in San Jose, CA and will be responsible for managing the Corporate FP&A function by comprehensive and accurate financial analysis and reporting that enhances executive management’s decision making and effectiveness in achievement of the company’s financial and business goals

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

• Manage the Corporate FP&A activities for Earnings Release process


• Analyze/ review the Business Group financials


• Actively involved in Cash Flow forecasting and targeting setting process


• Support in executive level presentations


• Assist management in formulating strategic and long-term comprehensive Business Plan


• Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk


• Create standard tools and methods of collecting and disseminating key financial data


• Manage the Business Group forecast reporting process


• Facilitate continuous improvement processes for the analysis of business and financial data and related conclusions and recommendations.


• Construct detailed financial models to support the investment decision-making process

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with 8-10 years of relevant FP&A type experience


• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and attributes


• Experience and skills with basic Excel and MS Office Suite


• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail


• Ability to demonstrate expert functional, technical, people/process management skills
