Summary

This position is primarily responsible for effective planning and execution of contact center solutions to meet the needs of the business and internal clients. The selected candidate will be providing leadership and development to the Correspondence team within the Contact Center department while ensuring successful execution of projects deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic plan to ensure flawless service execution of correspondence operation


  • Oversee process improvement implementation initiatives


  • Ensure overall success through the coordination, management, and department execution of client’s deliverables.


  • Responsible for managing and developing the Contact Center supervisors


  • Develop and monitor quotas for service level and productivity.


  • Ensure the staff is properly trained and adequately utilized.


  • Consistently deliver proactive communication with internal clients and serve as point of escalation when necessary.


  • Work with internal clients to establish best practices which meet client needs and address any prioritization issues that may arise.


  • Design and maintain department’s standard operating procedures.


Job Qualifications and Requirements


  • 5-7 years of contact center operations experience in a leadership role


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor


  • Ability to interact with all levels of managers in the organization


  • Firm understanding of the Contact Center operation


  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects with changing priorities
