Job Description:

We are looking for Deskside Support / EUC for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.


  • Rotational Shifts

  • Candidate should be open to work on 24/7

Required Skills:

Good knowledge on Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS troubleshooting  

Installation of CISCO IP phones  

Knowledge on configuring and installing Zero Client/Dell Wyse client/Thin clients  

Imaging of windows 7 and Windows 10 Laptops  

Should have full Knowledge on SCCM 2012 Administration

Documenting / writing notes for the help desk problem-solving process, including decision outcomes, actions taken, and final resolutions  

IT equipment receivables support and updating Peoplesoft  

Virtual Desktop support (VM ware, VSphere)  

Remote desktop to the end user
