We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join the Cognizant Talent Acquisition team within the Digital Business Operations Practice. This is a full-time role and provides a full slate of benefits from Day 1 of employment, in addition to a competitive salary. This is a 100% remote role. Flexibility to travel for Recruiting events in the future will be required.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Manage class hiring of 25 or more resources, including planning, road mapping, setting milestones, ongoing progress tracking and executing it to completion within defined timelines
Own a requisition load of 30-50 requirements at a time, with varying degrees of complexity
Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and Day 1 onboarding with the organization
Manage stakeholder expectations and report progress via monthly reports, quarterly business reviews and meetings
Run strategic Recruiting programs for various locations in the US as required
Act as the liaison for the offshore Recruiting support team and manage partnerships with specialized vendors
Forge relationships with communities within defined cities and locations through job fairs, diversity initiatives, military bases, associations and affinity groups etc.
4-year degree from an accredited US college or university
10+ years of experience in high volume exempt and non-exempt hiring for various locations across the US
In-depth knowledge of sourcing/screening tools and methodologies
Experience using social media portals and LinkedIn for sourcing
Ability to act swiftly based on the available job description and identify candidates matching the description
Experience in a BPO/back office recruiting environment is highly desired
Strong ability to make swift, concrete decisions with minimal information at their disposal
Experience working in a global setting, partnering with stakeholders within and outside North America
Experience running Recruiting campaigns using various traditional and social media-based platforms
In-depth understanding of macro and micro trends in the business and recruiting world
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and thoughts to senior leadership in a meaningful, transparent fashion in verbal and written form
Experience with class hiring within strict hiring deadlines
Excellent reporting, analysis and data presentation skills
Thorough understanding of at least one Applicant Tracking System, Compliance policies and Reporting methodologies
Prefered location in Eastern or Central Time Zone
