Job Description:

We are seeking a Member Experience Instructional Designer for the Financial Health Center Department.

The Member Experience Instructional Designer is responsible for maintaining and evaluating training content and activities that cultivate learning and skill development, enhancing retention and transfer of knowledge. The job incumbent will: design training solutions for our employees that help them masterfully navigate the technical and operational aspects of the workflow, support the transformational work of translating member stories into actionable needs and provide sensible advice by deepening member relationships, and guide members to financial health. This role is charged with aligning training solutions with Credit Human’s mission, values and brand promise.

Highlights:


  • Develops, maintains and evaluates compelling curriculum and activities that cultivate service, operational and technical skill development, equipping our employees to serve members with consistency, proficiency and accuracy

  • Collaborates with Financial Health Center technical trainers to review training deliverables, identifying subject matter, audience/role, corporate and divisional priorities, training delivery deadlines and available resources to include development time, personnel, facilities and technology

  • Collaborates with and interviews internal business units subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed to develop and/or update Credit Human product, service, operations and compliance training

  • Publishes, organizes and manages content in Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint and Financial Health Center network drive

  • Actively participates in team meetings to understand business objectives and integrates insights into training initiative

Experience:

    Required


  • 3-5 years of instructional design experience

    Preferred


  • Instructional design experience within a financial institution

Education:

    Required


  • Bachelor’s degree

    Preferred


  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or applicable field

Licenses & Certifications:

    Preferred


  • Instructional Design certifications

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required


  • Knowledge of instructional design concepts, adult learning principles, and online and mobile learning

  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and video

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Aptitude for learning and embracing new technology

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and all divisions of the organization

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm 

Level of Work: 2B
