What you will do

Under minimal supervision, provides service product management support to enable effective deployment and adoption of new service product offerings and initiatives. In this position, strong analytical skills, solid writing skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders are needed to execute key program deliverables, support stakeholder efforts, and provide support for deployment and updates of critical service growth programs and initiatives.

How you will do it


  • Support product management activities, including developing performance management review briefings, monthly reports, and tracking performance metrics.

  • Support program reporting to field and executive stakeholders; work includes program status tracking, performance metrics reporting.

  • Support new service offering and initiative deployments and updates, including developing and maintaining sites for each offering/initiative, coordinating the development of launch and training materials with internal communications, training, and key stakeholders, managing the creation, review and distribution of external marketing materials, and creating internal promotional messages to be included in regular service and business update communications.

  • Creates standard processes and mechanisms for product and initiative deployments, identifies best practices and drives use across the offering and initiative deployments.

  • Works with the business operating system (BOS) team to identify BOS tools, standards, and practices that can be used to drive engagement and adoption of new service offerings and initiative.

  • Manage the review, maintenance and updates of the planned service product items, packages and tier associations within our service delivery platform (NxGen).

  • Support product and program managers as needed with project management activities, including creating project plans and tracking progress against those plans.

  • Serve as a key analytical resource for the service product and program management team.

  • Conduct relevant research, distill data, and create reports.

  • Analyze relevant data and information, and institute and support business solutions.

What we look for

Required


  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or other related field; or equivalent work experience

  • 1-2 years of work experience in marketing, product, or program management, or other related field preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma certification preferred

  • Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and Microsoft SharePoint

  • Experience with PowerBI, Salesforce.com, Siebel/Oracle, Hyperion, and other business management systems preferred

  • Excellent organization and project management skills)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively
