Job Description:

Summary

This position’s primary responsibility is quality control. Tactical Team members conduct quality assurance reviews for the contact center agents, review agent phone notes daily for any corrections needed, and approve check reissue requests in order to meet SLA requirements from clients.

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct daily quality assurance reviews of CSR calls

· Provide QA scores and feedback to leads for it to be delivered to CSRs

· Perform SR callback requests received from client services

· Perform any audit or reporting tasks requested by the client

· Perform quality control and approval of check reissue requests/supplemental payments

· Review call notes daily and provide feedback for corrections and coaching to supervisors

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, peers, and management through written and verbal communication

· Must have strong experience in the areas of staff development and direction, training, quality control, and document preparation. #LI-DNI
