Overview

Two Six Technologies is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. We focus on researching, designing and deploying revolutionary technologies and creating solutions for difficult cyber security and national security challenges. We value creativity, initiative, collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for interview coordination, recruiting metrics and screening candidates.These are some of the duties and requirements:

• Foster long-term relationships with candidates

• Review and understand technical job requirements

• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met

• Support special projects within the Operations team

• Follow up with candidates

• Work closely with recruiters, 3rd party contractors and hiring managers

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Experience with G-Suite

• Highly analytical

• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Self-confidence and self starter

• US Citizenship

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Analyst

• Experience with applicant tracking systems


• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter


• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field preferred
