Job Description:


Responsibilities: Supervise an Inside Sales team for the ADI organization. You will apply your management skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems. You will drive metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities.

Drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly-effective Sales team
Help ADI be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Sales function
Grow your knowledge of ADI products to drive a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction

Job Activities:
Supervise Sales Teams Activities
Collect and Report Performance Metrics
Develop Sales Team
Lead Continuous Improvement Projects
Assign and Manage Projects

Qualifications:

  • 2 plus years of sales experience

  • Min 1 year plus experience managing a sales force

  • Min 1 year plus experience actively working with/in a sales team

  • Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently

  • Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team

  • Computer Savvy MS Office

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to manage and influence a team

  • HS Diploma or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
