Job Description:

TransCore-Amtech Systems (AMS), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a full-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 


 


Remote work is considered for this position.


 


Job Summary:  As a Client Support Representative, you manage your own desk, providing a wide variety of support activities to an existing client base. Representatives provide support from receipt of order through to delivery and payment.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Interfaces with clients verbally and in writing, in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Receives, reviews, and enters all client purchase orders, to include acceptance of orders based on completeness and accuracy.

  • Assists client in order placement by researching historical data to validate current order accuracy.

  • Works with manufacturing and planning to schedule customer orders through to production.

  • Responds to client inquiries concerning product availability, pricing, product specifications, and order status.

  • Establishes priorities for client requirements, communicates them to manufacturing and internal/external clients, and follows up to ensure they are completed.

  • Follows client orders through production, shipment, delivery, and invoice, ensuring customer expectations are met.

  • Updates sales with status of client orders, delays, and account standing.

  • Interfaces with engineering to support client orders, questions, and needs.

  • Generates reports for distribution to clients, sales, and accounting.

  • Participates in the manufacturing production-planning process.

  • Collaborates with teammates to update or create business policies and procedures.

 


Education:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.


 


Required Skills & Experience:  



  • 2-4 years of related experience.

  • Advanced typing/data entry skills.

  • MS Office Software.

  • Must possess exemplary customer service and communication skills.

  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

  • Must possess advanced phone skills/etiquette.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Time management and organizational skills.
