Purpose:

The Pre-Production Coordinator ensures all kit orders are precisely organized, packaged, and shipped to the highest quality and lowest cost.

Education, Experience & Proficiencies:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience


• Production line experience preferred


• Familiarity with Sage 100 (ERP) and ScanCo (WMS) preferred


• Microsoft Office 365


• Forklift certified

You Will Be Accountable For:

• Determining the highest quality and most cost-effective way to package and ship kit orders.


• Creating and printing box content labels and determining weight of boxes for shipping estimates.


• Maintaining bill of materials sequencing and updating order statuses.


• Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun working environment in the pre-production area.


• Adhering to all safety procedures and established workplace rules.


• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the workday. Tolerate moderate to high noise level in warehouse. Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc. Ability to work in non-air-conditioned warehouse during the summer with large fans creating moderate air flow.

This position has a shift-based schedule year-round, with FT hours required during peak season (typically May-Aug)
