Job Description:

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is looking for a Customer Relations Management (CRM) Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team! This position is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and ongoing communication and engagement efforts across the spectrum of the entire customer lifecycle. The specialist is also responsible for testing and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, retention, and reactivation of BGV’s customers. This position works across a multi-channel marketing group to implement new strategic initiatives, as well as evaluate, produce and improve already-established programs.


This role connects communication opportunities with other aspects of the business and drives growth opportunities through innovation, automation, and efficiency. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)



  • Strategize, build, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns for all audiences, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all campaigns.


    • Work with marketing managers to support, strategize and plan creation of digital content for all audiences and channels.

    • Ensure best practices of email and text marketing and ensure brand consistency across all emails and landing pages.

    • Develop a thorough understanding of all customer lifecycles and communication processes at BGV enabling the ability to create, enhance and troubleshoot to nurture, maintain, and grow customer relationships through all stages of the sales cycles.

    • Work with designers and digital marketing team to build emails and landing pages with relevant and engaging content while adhering to brand standards.

    • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, segmenting and deployment of one-time, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

    • Utilize preference centers, A/B testing and progressive profiling to enhance segmentation and targeting of email campaigns.

    • Work with MarTech and IT roles to establish and maintain necessary API’s for ongoing automated marketing campaigns.

    • Coordinate improvement of current lifecycle campaigns through integration of SMS, email, and inbound/outbound calling.

    • Coordinate implementation of CRM software into all company departments which could benefit from software.

    • Work with Data Analysts to ensure accurate, timely and efficient tracking and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.

    • Report on quantitative and qualitative information from a variety of systems and resources for a consolidated view of the business; ensure the level of data integration between such systems are accurate and fully functioning.

    • Explore and achieve new approaches to ensure consumers are receiving desired information at the desired time through the desired communication medium.

    • Work with digital marketing team to create, monitor, update and maintain online descriptions, inventory, packages, photos, products, and rates.

    • Troubleshoot issues related to HTML templates, responsiveness, deliverability, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.

    • Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns.

    • Manage existing processes through measurement systems and identify opportunities to systematically improve quality, speed, capacity, and efficiency.

    • Become a “power-user” of company’s current email, e-commerce, and web/conversion tools; build, test, send, and constantly monitor emails and their performance.

     


    Required Education and Experience:



    • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Marketing or a related role. 

    • 2-3 years of related work experience in a digital and/or brand marketing role.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM Marketing including experience with HTML templates, responsiveness, deliverability, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution.

    • Strong analytic skills and knowledge of the digital performance ecosystem and drivers.

    • Experience executing email and text message marketing, and the ability to ensure brand consistency across all emails and landing pages.

    • Strong business acumen with core competency in translating insight into compelling business plans and initiatives.
