As a Digital Customer Experience Associate, you are responsible for providing and delivering exceptional service to our customers while creating a luxury experience. You will remove obstacles, provide support, and are empowered to "do the right thing." You will have a passion for service, design and home furnishings. Digital Customer Experience Associates play an integral role in providing luxury service and assessing the needs of our customers via Chat, email and phone.
You will work in collaboration with cross-functional partners and leaders to ensure the customer's needs are not only met but also exceeded. You are expected to be an innovator with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a luxury experience for the RH customer
Engage with the customer to identify their needs. Partner them with the best associates to deliver unparalleled service and exceed their expectations
Qualify and educate potential design customers on services offered by RH Interior Design
Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism
Work in close partnership with cross-functional partners to resolve customer concerns promptly
Build brand loyalty and revenue by being well versed in RH product knowledge, processes and systems
REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service Experience
High-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
Passion for Interior Design
Must possess poise and confidence to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels
Delivery of first-class service to our associates and our customers
Resourceful, creative problem solver
People and relationship driven
Strong technical aptitude and comfort navigating across multiple systems
Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Applications
Team player with a positive attitude
Driven to exceed goals and customer expectations
Open to learning and developing new skills and processes
Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, or key volume dates
Report into a Gallery a few times/month for continuous product and service education
Proficiency with Mac and PC applications
Ability to be productive working remotely
Ability to travel to the nearest gallery as needed
