Affigent, LLC is a small Alaskan Native Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Akima, LLC—a NANA company—whose portfolio of companies currently provides over $1.5 Billion in professional services to the Federal government.

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will manage OEM partner relationships in order to drive revenue growth. They are responsible for expanding our business growth in partnership with the sales organization. 

Job Duties

• Working with sales to identify opportunities to sell OEM solutions within the Federal Sector

• Working with marketing to develop plans that generate leads and enhance our brand both within the OEM community and to end customers.

• Working with account managers to advance opportunities from early identification stages to closed business.

• Foster relationships between Affigent sales and the OEM sales team

 

 • Manage OEM product awareness programs as they pertain to demand generation and OEM channel expectations.

• Channel program training… constant updates and regular briefings to help Affigent Sales and other interested parties understand each OEM channel program.

 

 

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

 


  • BS or BA Degree

  • Minimum of two   (2) years  selling to the Federal Government.

  • Proven history of meeting/exceeding yearly quota.

  • Working knowledge of  Federal Government procurement processes.

  • General working knowledge of Windows, Outlook,  and Word.

  • Advanced Excel skills- including functions such as vLookup, SUMIF, and pivot tables

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn complex enterprise software and hardware solutions to enable successful development of sales opportunities.

  • A team player capable of working within a collaborative environment and making contributions when appropriate 

  • A natural leader, withthe ability to leverage internal and external resources to accomplish goals
