The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for actively recruiting, interviewing, and assessing hourly talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Will also be responsible for leading key projects including; the creation of policies and processes related to Talent Acquisition, assisting with the implementation of Oracle Cloud Recruiting platform and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. 

Responsibilities:




    • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for hourly openings within the company. 

    • Build robust processes, deliver creative sourcing strategies and achieve target metrics.  

    • Provide best-in-class service experience for both candidates and internal clients. 

    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders.

    • Participate in projects including the implementation of ORC.  

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations involving employee selection, reference checks and other aspects of Human Resources that apply to the function.

    • Assist in the overall build of The Talent Acquisition Center of excellence






    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or Psychology or equivalent combination of education and experience. SPHR or PHR certification an asset

    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, including high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience within a corporate setting 

    • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting an asset.

    • Proven ability to influence internal clients on recruitment related decisions.

    • Professionally engaging with candidates, providing best in class experience.

    • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic organization. 

    • Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and work through undefined situations.

    • Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment including local, state and federal employment regulations e.g. OFCCP

    • Must possess strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills, must have the ability to demonstrate strong reasoning and strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
