Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, quick learner, and organized team member to join our international team. As a Sales Admin Associate, you will focus on support International Business Development Manager in day-to-day operations and assisting with sales department-specific projects.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Manage and coordinate efficient order processing, including cross-department and customer communication

  • Manage and coordinate new dealer vetting and account set-up

  • Perform administrative responsibilities including taking notes during meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining a filing system

  • Assist with production of sales presentations

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and travels

  • Provide administrative assistance to General Managers of Sales as assigned

Skills and Qualifications


  • Minimum High School degree

  • 1-2 years' related administrative experience desired but not required

  • Knowledge of exports regulations and procedures is a desired but not required

  • Proficient computer skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Programs.

  • Second language is desired but not required


  • Strong Communications and Collaboration skills. You must possess strong interpersonal skills to provide top support to management and clients on a regular basis. Provide enthusiasm and creativity in problem-solving, along with flexibility and desire to learn. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


  • Organizational Skills. Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the Administrative Assistant's responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized. Have the ability to be detail-oriented and balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work activities Manage work time efficiently. Follow procedures and policies.


  • Writing: Spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and writing are essential to an Administrative Assistant. Proofread and make appropriate spelling and grammar corrections to documents written in English.
