Job Description:

If so - Vector Security Networks is hiring a Specialized Customer Service Representative within a 24/7 Service Operation in the Gainesville VA location.

Position involves troubleshooting advanced technical service related items for customers, technicians, and co-workers regarding conversions of new customers. Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and producing demonstration setups that will be utilized as instructional materials.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Track Alarm system monitoring conversion requests from start to finish

  • Using company monitoring and jurisdictional procedures, research system and new device requirements

  • Perform remote programming for security and fire systems

  • Communicate effectively with external and internal customers

  • Follow established procedures to generate proposals for system upgrade/replacement
