We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who is detail oriented and enjoys problem solving to work closely with our supply chain and operations teams to ensure the efficient delivery of our products to our customers.

How you’ll make your mark:

Efficiently manage logistics for out bound orders:  scheduling, freight forwarding, will call pick up

Ensures accurate and timely shipments and receipts

Monitor, tracking and follow up as required to ensure shipment arrives on time to the correct location

Audit shipping/billing invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

Manage the physical receiving of return shipments

What you are great at:

Good analytical and problem solving skills along with an attention to detail

Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members

Strong written and verbal communication skills

General computer skills - MS office, outlook, Excel, etc, Prefer experience with ERP software

Your Education & Experience:

Associate Degree

2 years of working experience in an operations, supply chain or logistics capacity

General freight handling knowledge is a plus

Able to safely lift and move a minimum of sixty (60) pounds

Ability to work effectively and productively both remotely and physically on site as needed.
