We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Talent Selection & Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for all salary exempt opportunities across all The High Company businesses. In this critical role, the Talent Selection & Recruitment Manager will partner with leaders across the organization to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with current and future talent needs.

General Description of Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
The Talent Selection & Recruitment Manager will provide vital support to a diverse portfolio of businesses across the High Company. They will be responsible for managing all salary openings within The High Company. This will include, but not limited to, meeting and partnering with hiring managers to review the upcoming openings, posting the openings on multiple job boards, sourcing and screening qualified candidates including proactive outreach to passive candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, conducting interview debriefs with hiring managers, assisting in the selection process, presenting offers and negotiating with candidates, and providing an excellent candidate experience for all candidates going through the interview process.
The Talent Selection & Recruitment Manager will be required to provide support in a professional and cohesive manner, keeping in mind the mission, vision, and core values of the company. They will perform their duties with limited supervision, requiring a high degree of confidence, proactiveness, flexibility, and adaptability in day-to-day activities. The responsibility of the Talent Selection & Recruitment Manager directly impacts the company objectives and strategic goals.
