About the Team

Our Demand Generation and Digital Velocity team is looking for a Lead Manager Ecommerce to focus on generating demand and driving quality traffic to promote AT&T Wireless traffic and sales with engaging live and on demand video content. The team’s mission is to generate digital demand and drive online shopping velocity and growth through traffic journey and CX improvements. This position will be held accountable to identify and execute on online traffic needs (quality and quantity by source) to achieve desired sales goals through various partner teams as well as supporting company priority of online channel share growth. The ideal candidate would be passionate about online marketing with analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

•    Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Online Business of overarching online video strategy to assist att.com shoppers on selecting the best device, plan and purchasing with ease online

•    Monitor traffic volume and quality trends and adjust forecasts / solve for gaps to target as needed

•    Drive growth strategy for video performance to increase conversion rate impact for video viewers

•    Manage editorial calendar of video content driven by customer data

•    Monitor offer roadmap for opportunity to feature video content for major device and episodic launches and events

•    Assist in production of video content (live and on demand)

•    Product script material and cast talent for att.com video needs

•    Evaluate messaging consistency across all customer demand touchpoints to create common brand voice aligning with marketing and sales priorities

•    Partner with Sales Strategy team to ensure intercept of traffic on att.com or within the myAT&T native app and entry into sales experience is free of friction and optimized for best in class customer experience 

•    Work with Product partners to create new business requirements in Agile environment, collaborating to prioritize cross scrum team work with Optimization partners where new capabilities are needed to fulfill demand and online velocity strategies

•    Identify new creative ways to grow customer engagement, improve customer experience and drive relevance in communications

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

•    10+ years of digital marketing / ecommerce experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful campaign throughout its lifecycle (bonus experience: previous Wireless ecommerce business experience at AT&T or other providers, bonus bonus experience producing video content for a Wireless ecommerce experience)

o    Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired

•    Experience with Whisbi and Vimeo video solution tools

•    Experience producing video productions (casting, script, legal approvals, production and launch on digital properties)

•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact sales strategies

•    Experience working with scaled agile development team on new business requirements

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders

•    Technical skills would include: Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Jira, Scaled Agile Framework, PowerPoint, etc.
