We are hiring a Structural Product Sales Representative to join the High Concrete Group team! The Structural Product Sales Representative will be responsible for work acquisition, with a primary focus on our Structural Products line, within assigned territories (Eastern Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, Baltimore, Washington D.C.) and to assist in other areas where required. The Sales Representative should have ability for customer orientation and engagement to build relationships, understand and work with the customer to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. The Sales Representative will work to find new sales leads through business media, available company resources, programs, systems, referrals and networking. 


Ideal Candidates Will Possess the Following:



  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction related field or related practical experience.

  • 5+ years experience in Architecture, building construction or related products, goods and services

  • Software skills and knowledge preferred: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SalesForce or CRM experience


  • Experience in the precast/pre-stressed industry or Design or Building Envelope / facade products and or design/consulting. Building construction industry knowledge with depth of knowledge specifically on specification process, specific verticals that drive business results preferred. 



  • Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship abilities.

  • Desire to be in a Sales oriented role.
