General Cleaner – 1st Shift

We are seeking 1st shift General Cleaners at the Nashville International Airport. They will perform general housekeeping duties and will be cross-trained in specific functions such as a restroom specialist, vacuum specialist, utility specialist, glass specialist, light-duty specialist, pressure washing technician and/or floor technician.

1st Shift: 5:45 AM - 1:45 PM

Work Days: Friday through Tuesday

Off Days: Wednesday and Thursday

Job Duties:

The essential functions of a General Cleaner include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Follow safety policies and procedures without exception


• Dusting


• Dust mopping


• Damp mopping


• Emptying trash


• Spot cleaning walls


• Spot cleaning carpet


• Vacuuming carpet


• Cleaning restrooms


• Cleaning glass and desktops


• Performing other similar and related duties as assigned

• Must pass background check


• Ability to build relationships with management and fellow employees


• Ability to stay on task while working independently
