thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at our North American headquarters located in Atlanta, GA. This role will lead the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts for our US Field, Corporate and Manufacturing operating areas. This position will focus on continuously improvement to processes, outcomes and customer satisfaction through the full-cycle talent acquisition process.
Essential Job Functions:
Partner with the business leaders and Human Resources leaders to clearly define organizational plans and objects in order to meet current and future recruitment needs
Lead the improvement of recruiting requirements, processes and strategy to effectively source and engage qualified candidates
Evaluates and designs processes to ensure positive candidate experience, procedure improvements and continued movement towards automation.
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities in collaboration with marketing
Lead and develop a team of recruiters that support for multiple locations across the United States for field, corporate and manufacturing
Responsible for the recruitment of our executive level positions and responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment for other positions as needed.
Ability to take recruitment data and create meaningful report outs & presentations to leadership on the status of the department regarding successes, opportunities, risks, and resolution.
Creates and manages to the budget for Talent acquisition department including all 3rd party recruitment vendor management.
Manages the relationship with our recruitment vendors both internally and externally
Collaborates closely with HR leaders and HR COE departments to support the needs of the business and to develop processes and training to support our hiring managers
Develops and drives a campus recruiting strategy
Implements best practices to attract and recruit diverse talent including use of technology, social media, community outreach, military, educational, professional organizations, referral networks and outplacement agencies
Manage governance and standards through utilization of the Applicant Tracking System, recruitment activity metrics and related OFCCP reporting.
Responsible for compliance and reporting for all federal and state specific hiring practices

Proven ability to drive strategy, build processes and enhance the recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.
Ability to effectively manage and develop a team of recruiters in a high-volume environment
Must be a team player with a customer service mindset and a positive/optimistic attitude
Multiple state recruitment experience and familiar with local laws to meet recruitment compliance
Strong communication/collaboration skills
Strong relationship building/consultative skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to organize work and prioritize projects to meet deadlines

Strong knowledge of Human Resources laws and reporting requirements.

Experience selecting search firm vendors and negotiating contracts
