Job Responsibilities
A Product Engineer 4 will own technical development of new products.

• Performs literature search and publish white papers of plasma metrology and related technologies
• Creates plans to evaluate new technologies, executes the plans, analyzes the results, and determines the feasibility of technologies in industrial production
• Lead other engineers to implement the new technologies into products as a technical owner
• Attends conferences and tradeshows and maintains close relationship with experts in academia to learn the state-of-the-art metrology and diagnosis
• Understands requirements, roadmaps, cost, and business challenges our customers are facing and reflects those into plasma metrology roadmap

Minimum Qualifications

• PhD in Physics or Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or related fields); or MS with +3 years experence
  
  
• Educational or work-related background in low temperature plasmas and plasma metrology
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Physics or Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or related fields) with 1-3 years of related work
  
  
• Expertise in plasma diagnostics (optical, electrical, etc)
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues in cross-functional team environment
  
  
• Proficiency in automated data collection and analysis (LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python, etc)
