The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of Business Analysts and Technical Analysts in support of CBC's Enrollment, Billing and Pharmacy Support functions. This role is a critical contributor to CBC's technology strategy execution and on-going operational success.
The candidate will work closely with Business Partners, internal Technology staff and potentially Vendors to build best-in-class solutions to meet the ever changing demands of our Groups, Members and Providers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides direction to a specialized core team which provides analytical, technical and problem resolution support to Operational Solutions. This includes conducting or participating in activities related to planning, controlling and directing, and performing system enhancements/projects, testing processes and/or system changes and configuration/support
Responsible for analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying the appropriate business vision and direction to solve those problems. Is accountable for customer centric analyses to support customer strategies and business needs
Oversee the analysis on various business processes, identify root cause and prepare data to improve process. Plans projects and manages various business operation according to standard tools and templates
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards

Experience:
5 years experience in planning and executing projects
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or related field.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and see. The employee must be able to work over 40 hours per week. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
