Position Title: Sr Business Transformation Associate

Role:
As a member of the Business Transformation Team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate strategic implementation for company-wide and line of business innovation that drives sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
Drive the integration of people, strategy, process, technology, and information to create a sustained competitive advantage, foster new mindsets, and optimize productivity.
Collaborate with leaders to drive strategic alignment and continuous improvement to achieve mission-critical priorities.
Partner with key stakeholders in creating and executing strategic transformation roadmaps.
Design and implement solutions, including tools and frameworks to drive performance and new ways of working.
Build cross-company collaboration and guide our teammates through growth and change.
Apply modern methods, advanced analytics, and tools both provide new insights into current state and redesign for transformative outcomes.
Assess risks and impacts of business requirements and process changes across platforms.
Assess impacts of changes made to processes and technology and make change management recommendations

Education/Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience/Minimum Requirements
Five (5)+ years of experience in business consulting, transformation and/or organization effectiveness with demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing Business/Process Transformation and/or Modernization that have delivered measurable results.
Strong financial acumen.
Skilled facilitator in a variety of settings and stakeholder groups.
Excellent technical skills in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Experience developing and managing project plans.

No direct reports but team of collaborators.
Working Conditions
Works in an unusual time in our offices and remotely. Needs to manage health and safety carefully to mitigate exposure to COVID-19 conditions. Some travel required when conditions allow.
