Company Summary

Bridge House is a small stabilization and assessment residential program for adults (ages 18-55) struggling with mental health illness and/or substance abuse issues.  We are located in a peaceful and beautiful setting in Farmington, Utah. We are looking for experienced or competent Mental Health Workers/Psychiatric Technicians to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team. See www.bridgehousehealth.com for more information.

Bridge House is doing something that has never been done. We are evidenced based, yet we are not a “medical model.” We are taking a non-institutional, compassionate, and humane approach to mental illness stabilization, assessment and treatment. We have no isolation rooms, we do not rely on security guards, we do not employ mechanical restraints, we do not employ chemical restraints or keep people drugged as a means of controlling behavior. Instead, we use human interaction, human connection, and we build rapport and trust with relationship based therapeutic modalities. We employ compassion, empathy, and respectful redirection.

Our clientele has a diverse array of presenting issues. We work with adults on a continuum of mild functioning, low functioning, and everything in between. Our guests often come to us in crisis.
