Administrative Assistant- Des Moines, IA

We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our office in Des Moines

The hours will be  Monday to Friday - (8:30am-1:30pm) 25 hours

Responsibilities:


  • Answering multi-line phone systems

  • Data entry, filing, scanning and other duties as required

  • Greeting guests

  • Shipping/receiving items

  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma Or GED required

  • Administrative Assistant experience

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills      

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
