Gallagher Services provides care for the adults with intellectual and development disabilities, who reside in one of our programs throughout Baltimore County, Baltimore City Harford County and, Anne Arundel County.  

We are currently looking for a DSP- Residential Direct Support Professional. The hours for this position are the following:

Monday - Friday   7am - 3pm

Gallagher services is seeking a DSP- Residential Direct Support Professional who is devoted, dependable, compassionate and patient, who have the desire to work with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

The DSP- Residential Direct Support Professional will provide daily care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our employees assist the individuals in accomplishing the following; independent living skills, planning activities in the home and community and providing appropriate physical and emotional care to individuals to promote growth and development. 

This position will require the following:

• High School Diploma


• A Valid Maryland Driver's License with a driving record showing no more than 3 points


• Medication Certification by an approved DDA course must be obtained within three months of hire


• One year experience in ID/DD or related field preferred
